DESCRIPTION:It is a pleasure to announce a series of lectures by prof. Igo
 r Ivanov on neutrino physics. The lectures are supported by the HARMONIA p
 roject that comprises  Warsaw\, Lisbon\, Catania and Dresden groups. \n\nP
 rof. Ivanov from Lisbon will deliver introductory lectures the fascinating
  topic of neutrino masses and mixings.  The lectures will take place at th
 e OCHOTA campus of the University of Warsaw. The first lecture will introd
 uce and discuss spinors\, how mass terms can be introduced and neutrinos i
 n the standard model. The second one will discuss the seesaw mechanism and
  generating masses radiatively\, and the last one will be on generating tr
 i-bi-maximal mixing from discrete non-abelian A4 symmetry.\n\nHARMONIA pro
 ject "Investigation of extensions of the Standard Model including the effe
 cts of "new physics" up to the Planck scale and the current the LHC and as
 trophysical data" (2016-2019) is realized by four nodes:\n\n1/ Faculty of
