The conference fee, covering welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee breaks, social events and lunches is 1100 PLN if paid till July 15th, for a later payment it is 1300 PLN. PhD students may apply for a reduced conference fee (550 PLN if paid till July 15th, for a later payment 650 PLN). An application for a reduced fee (accompanied by a recommendation letter from a PhD thesis advisor) should be sent to scalars2019@fuw.edu.pl.

For accompanying persons the conference fee amounts to 550 PLN (for later payment 650 PLN), it includes welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee breaks, social events and lunches.

Payments of the conference fee will be confirmed by  certificates issued by the Local Organizing Committee. Participants who need an invoice should contact us immediately after paying their fee. Make sure that wire transfer fees are covered by a sender.
