Conference feeThe conference fee (applicable for all participants), covering coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner and social event, is 200 EUR if paid before March 15th, 2016 , for later payment it is 250 EUR. For accompanying persons the early conference fee amounts to 120 EUR (150 EUR for late payment), it includes lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner and social event.The participants are requested to pay the conference fee exclusively by a bank transfer to:
Bank Wire Transfer and other related fees should be paid by the registrant (please verify carefully during the Wire Transfer payment that all costs are charged to you). If the bank transfer is made after May 20th, participants are kindly requested to present confirmation of the payment at the registration. |
