The early registration conference fee for PLANCK2023 is 1600 PLN (incl. tax) (~345 EUR). Participants may optionally expand the conference fee during the registration to include a conference dinner on 24 May 2023 by adding 340 PLN (incl. tax) (~71 EUR).
Starting from 22nd April 2023 the price will increase by 500 PLN to 2100 PLN (incl. tax) (~440 EUR) for to coference fee and by 40 PLN for the conference dinner to 380 PLN (incl. tax) (~80 EUR).
The registration for PLACNK 2023 conference will be open untill the end of the conference. However, the conference dinner extenstion may be purchased only until 10th May 2023.
The registration fee covers participation in the conference, a welcome pack, lunches served on site, coffee breaks, and participation in the welcome reception.
The conference fee does not include accommodation and transport.
The fee for an accompanying person is 960 PLN (incl. tax) (~200 EUR) before 21st April 2023, and 1150 PLN (incl. tax) (~240 EUR) from 22nd April 2023.
The fee covers participation in the welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks.

In the first step you will be asked if the invoice for your participation should be issued for an organization (e.g. university) or for a physical person (e.g James Maxwell). Please note, that it is not possible to change the invoicing data after receving the payment.
You can choose if you want to pay directly with credit card / PayPal or by bank transfer.
If you select PayPal payment, after completing the form you will be directly forward to a PayPal webpage to process the payment.
If you select bank transfer, please send the bank transfer up to 14 calendar days after completing the form. Otherwise your registration will be cancelled. If you need more time, we encourage you to contact us by letting us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify the pro forma number that we generated in the registration system in the title of the bank transfer (you will receive it by email after completing the last steps of the registration).
After completing the form you will receive a confirmation of submitting the form and confirmation of processing the payment. If you don’t receive it (please check your SPAM folder first), please contact us with details of the process.
Once we receive the payment, you will be notified about it in 2 working days.
Up to 7 working days after receiving the payment, the Candela Foundation will send you an invoice. The invoice will be delivered by email using the address submitted in the registration form.
Please note the question about consent for publishing information about the participans. Due to European GRPR regulations we are required to obtain your consent before publishing your personal information (in this case: name, family name and affiliations). Without this consent we will not be able to include you in the list of contributors that is availble on this webiste (click here to access it).
Payments – possible options
The conference fee can be paid with bank transfer or with credit card (currently we are using PayPal as operator). The conference fees are declared in PLN, but we can also accept bank transfers in EUR and USD. To convert your registration fee, please fill out the registration form by choosing "bank transfer" as payment method, complete the payment and contact us afterwards (email@example.com). Based on the information from the registration we will issue a pro-forma invoice in EUR/USD based on an exact exchange rate for that day (published by National Bank of Poland).
For payments issued after 21st May 2023, in particular for on-site registrations, we will accept only card payments. We cannot accept any payments in cash.

Candela Foundation prepared a number of accomodation grants (covering stay from 21 to 27 May 2023) in student housing at Ochota Campus (very close to the conference venue). You will be able to apply for those grants with a form that will be linked below. In recent years there have been scam attempts targeted at conference attendees, so we’re warning you preemptively that:
All emails from the Organising Committee will only be sent from @candela.org.pl, @fuw.edu.pl, or @uw.edu.pl domains.
We will be charging only the above mentioned conference fee. No other payments related in any way to PLANCK2023 will be asked by the Organizing Committee.
Accommodation and transport are not included in the workshop fee, therefore we will not offer booking assistance to the participants.

Cancellation and refunds
Refunds are possible. 50% of the sum paid can be refunded for requests delivered to us before 1 May 2023. After this date the refunds are not possible. To request a refund, please contact the Candela Foundation with details the of your registration by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
